The following are currently the Officers and Committee Members and therefore Trustees:

- Michael Woodward
- Mark Woolley
- John Muncey
Alastair (Scott) Norman has indicated that he will be stepping down as a Trustee and Jan Wardell has given notice that she will be giving up the role of Secretary but is still willing to stand as a trustee.
All other Trustees have indicated that they are willing to stand for re-election. A nomination for an additional Trustee has been received and approved by the Trustees at their meeting on 16 October 2023, who will be introduced at the meeting.
Following completion of the official business there will be refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes) and the opportunity for members to meet the Trustees.
