Horse-Riding on the North Dorset Trailway
The Trailway is proving to be a great asset to horse riders being as it is a multi user route.
Parking for Equestrians with horse boxes / trailers, however, is limited. None of the Dorset Council car park locations along the route of the Trailway provide parking for trailers.
These car parks are available:
- Fiddleford Mill Car Park is a good space provided you park carefully (it’s a short trot down a bridleway to the Trailway)
- Spetisbury School Car Park is another good space with a good surface. However please do not use the car park on weekdays during school terms.
